Drusy is a naturally occurring gemstone with a textured crystal surface. This stone comes in many colors and from all of over world as it is created by micro-crystals forming on a matrix. Some of the natural colored drusys are green uvarovite garnet from Russia, pink cobalto calcite from the Congo, hemimorphite zinc, black psilomelane, rainbow hematite and rainbow pyrite drusy. While not a naturally occurring color, the titanium coated drusys, as featured here, are incredibly striking.

The quality of a drusy is dependent upon a few key items, such as color saturation, crystal size, purity or any visible flaws and crystal coverage.
